While reorganizing some categories on a site, I looked for a plugin that would let me manipulate the hierarchy more easily, but I couldn’t find any. So I wrote my own. I was in a hurry, so it’s pretty basic:

Then I remembered that I have another, very related plugin: Merge Tags. So I decided to bundle them into one.
